Job Description:
Pharmaceutical company with a commitment to quality, safety, and excellence, at the forefront of producing life-changing medications for patients is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join the manufacturing team as Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operators on the second shift.
As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator, you will play a pivotal role in the production of solid oral dose medications. You will be responsible for executing manufacturing processes, adhering to strict quality standards, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cutting-edge manufacturing equipment. Your experience and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
• Operate and monitor machinery used in the manufacturing of solid oral dose medications.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning to prevent disruptions in production.
• Document and report production data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a focus on solid oral dose packaging and manufacturing preferred.
- Strong understanding of GMP and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work the second shift [Shift Timing] and adapt to changing production demands.
