Job Description: 

As Senior process Engineer on the tech services team you will work closely with Synthetic Organic Chemists on the development and optimization of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing processes. Your advanced engineering skills will be essential in ensuring the quality, purity, and safety of  products, as well as driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and yield.

• Collaborate closely with process chemists to develop and optimize synthetic routes, ensuring efficient and scalable processes. 

• Responsible Capital projects such as, for any upgrades to the facility or the labs, scope of work, ordering equipment, having it installed, etc. 

• Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• BS in Chemical Engineering advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in supporting process chemistry and API manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred however other chemical process experience outside of pharmaceuticals will be considered.
• Familiarity with cGMP
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of contributing to process optimization and development.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
