• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment for solid oral dose production.
• Execute batch processing, blending, granulation, compression, and coating operations with precision and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely production.
• Perform in-process quality checks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot and address minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator, specifically in solid oral dose production.

Strong understanding of cGMP guidelines and regulatory compliance.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
