Job Overview:

Well established division of larger company that makes electrical products for Aerospace and other markets with strong stability and growth is looking for a hands-on manufacturing engineer to support our production and quality assurance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical test fixtures, mold fixtures, and assembly tooling.
• Support production by testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with electrical components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with QA to investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Generate and maintain test documentation, drawings, and manufacturing instructions.
• Support final data package reviews and customer/auditor interactions.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, and customers to meet delivery and compliance goals.
• Apply industry standards such as IPC/WHMA-A-620 in daily work.
• Train and mentor production team members on proper test and assembly practices.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ideally Electrical, Manufacturing or Mechanical. Must be a US Citizen or Green card, no sponsorship.
