We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a well-established aerospace manufacturing company in the Greater Hartford area. This is a first-shift opportunity for a skilled machinist with strong 5-axis milling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Machine complex, tight-tolerance aerospace components
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment
• Hands-on 5-axis milling experience required
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Experience working with tight tolerances
• Ability to work independently on first shift
