You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers to advance a portfolio of pharmaceutical products. • Working with CDMO partners conduct research to design and develop innovative drug delivery systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate drug delivery technologies into pharmaceutical products.
• Evaluate and optimize drug delivery formulations for enhanced efficacy and safety.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in drug delivery.

Job Requirements:

• 7-15 years of experience in drug delivery with a focus on combination drug / device products.
• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in drug delivery research and development.
• Strong background in formulation development, materials science, device development a plus.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques and characterization of drug delivery systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
